About

Mold growth can occur in the interior environment when certain conditions are met and can lead to an elevated state of fungal ecology. These conditions can lead to high mold spore concentrations and could potentially be impacting the health of any individuals that occupy the affected interior environment particularly the young, the elderly and immune compromised individuals.

Mission

Whether you’re looking to invest in a new property, trying to sell your current one or have concerns of any mold related issues within your home or business, we are ready to work with you. We can determine the level of fungal ecology within the interior environment by utilizing methods of documentation and sampling in accordance the latest industry standards. Any samples we collect are submitted to AEML, Inc. of Pompano Beach, FL, our independent Accredited Laboratory for their analysis. The documented data in conjunction with results from any samples taken will then be analyzed and compiled into a report including a written protocol with mold remediation recommendations, attached with copies of sample results from any samples taken.

Vision

According to the E.P.A. Guidelines for Mold, any mold contamination that covers more than 10 square feet (or roughly 3'x3') should be remediated. In order to conduct mold remediation in the state of Florida, it is required by law to be conducted by a state licensed & insured mold remediation contractor. Once any mold contamination has been remediated, a post remediation verification assessment (or mold clearance test) should be conducted by a state licensed and insured certified mold assessor to help determine if the remediation protocol was followed and if the recently remediated indoor environment has returned to a normal state of fungal ecologyThe IIRCR (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) defines this as Condition 1 status – a normal fungal ecology. The post-remediation verification should never be performed by the remediation contractor and is required by law to be a separate third-party company. However, many times this assessment is scheduled through remediation contractors or through the responsible parties themselves. Our vision is to help you return the indoor environment to a normal state of fungal ecology.
